Just as graciously seasoned as their in-house hollandaise sauce, Doris has been serving night shifts for The Beacon Diner for as long as any other worker can remember.  Unlike her newest trainee, Camryn, Doris adjusted to the nocturnal differences ages ago and is good friends with all members of the nighttime ecosystem, including regular Melvin and janitor Phil.
