Dave was an excellent help on set as key grip for The Night Shift.  Unfortunately, shortly after our shoot, he was caught in a nasty ice storm and passed away under graceless circumstances.  It is rumoured that he now eternally serves as 1st camera assist for the afterlife program Post Mortem.
